Dispatch Time

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery Timeframes

• Metro cities: 3-5 business days
• Rest of India: 5-7 business days

Delivery estimates are also shown on each product page and may vary slightly based on your pin code and courier availability.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,499. A flat shipping fee applies to orders below this amount, shown at checkout before you place your order.

Packaging

Every decant is hand-poured into a premium glass atomizer, individually leak-tested, and securely packed to prevent damage or leakage in transit.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
